For: Teens Ages 12 - 18

Want to get stronger, move better, and build serious confidence this summer? Whether you're an athlete looking to dominate next season or just want to lift for fun and fitness, Starting Strength Summer Camp is where you level up. At Starting Strength Columbus, our expert coaches will teach you proper weightlifting techniques for major barbell lifts—squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press—with optional Olympic lifts. Using the Starting Strength Method, you'll gain:

Intro to Starting Strength $185 • 1 visit per Month for 1 month

Gift of Strength - One Week - $185 $0 • Unlimited visits for 2 weeks • An Introduction to Starting Strength. Learn to squat, press, and deadlift. Great for a friend or family member that is new to barbell training or has been training without a coach. Comes with one free week of group training (three sessions).

Gift of Strength - Two Weeks - $275 $0 • Unlimited visits for 3 weeks • An intro to Starting Strength and two weeks of group training. Comes with a free Starting Strength shirt.
